Please raise your hand if you are feeling uplifted, inspired, fortunate, grateful, happy and excited about your life at the moment!

Some of you may raise a hand, and some of you may not.

The point being the cycle of life that continues to give to us and also to take from us is in constant flux and we are trying to stay stable throughout.

You may be young and just embarking on the prospect and promise of a fulfilled life, full of opportunities and possibilities. If this is you, you may find that you just don’t want or feel the need to reflect on your next move, or the lessons you have learnt so far.

You may be actively living the mid life years of family, work, mortgages, or in some way, trying to progress and prepare for a future where you have more time and space.

You may have reached the time in life where you have more free time and can use that time to pursue leisure activities and visit family and friends more regularly.

Regardless of which option you selected, you will find you experience both the blessings and the challenges that comes with each stage of life.

When we are young, we feel we have plenty of time, when we are fighting to hold everything up, we don’t have any time and when we are older, we may look back at the time we have spent so far and possibly wish we had used it more wisely.

I ask you, at what point do you feel you would like to allow yourself time to have a deeper relationship with your inner world? The inner world is the highest decision making aspect of self that we can choose to use every day when faced with life changing decisions. It is an amazing go-to place that we can rely on when the world falls in and nothing seems to be going right. It is also the place we can turn to when we want to make the most of any particular day or situation.

It is so important to allow time to cultivate this inner relationship.

* Journaling can help you to find a space of inner understanding, where you can process your thoughts and your wants and needs more clearly,

* Talking to a close friend or a counsellor can also help.

* Making the inevitable mistakes and learning from them is also a way to cultivate this place of inner understanding.

* I believe you can’t beat the benefit of sitting in silence for at least 30 minutes in any one session and just watching, without judgement the movement of your awareness, as it tracks your thoughts and emotions, your physical body and all that that is dealing with and even the environment you are currently residing in.

We are here because we are conscious beings but most of us are only conscious of the situations that are right in front of us, and we make decision based on our logical and thinking mind. We literally don’t give the time or opportunity to connect consciously to a huge part of our inner knowledge that has transcended many lifetimes, situations, lessons and circumstances; that could be useful in this very moment, should we only choose to listen.

I have been on a spiritual path since I was 12 years old and I have used this deeper aspect of myself to navigate many difficult circumstances.

Just like an octopus has many arms, I have many tools up my sleeve that help me to navigate this complex world.

I am opening up some special life coaching sessions for anyone who is in need of some guidance at this time.

I specialise in subjects such as stress relief, navigating through health disturbances, family difficulties and work related challenges.

I combine yoga therapy, sound therapy, crystal therapy and energy healing, along with relaxation techniques such as Yoga Nidra and Indian Head Massage; meditation, deep relaxation and spiritual guidance; to help you to navigate your life, whatever circumstances you are facing. 

You don’t have to wait until a catastrophe arises before you seek life coaching. 

I do not offer advice on Medical issues or Financial Guidance but I will help you to meet yourself in any challenge or change in direction you may find yourself in.

How much does it cost?

I am offering the sessions at £45 for a 1 hour consultation. It may be the best investment you have made. And the future you will thank you.
