Yoga - Anytime, coming soon!

Hello Yogis.

As I know that there are lots of changes taking place, and that it may not be easy for you to get to a scheduled class, I am looking into the prospect of launching the Yoga - Anytime membership area to the Yoga Freedom website.

The idea is that I will have a library of pre-recorded sessions that you can view in your own time. I will also be adding one or two classes to it each week. The classes will be 20-30 minutes long as that is the time people usually like to practice at home.

The membership will be payable via Direct Debit through a process called 'Go Cardless' and it is something I have used for many years so I know it is reliable and safe. 

This will take me a few weeks to put together but if you feel that this is something you would like to look at, then please do let me know.

I will be setting up a number of membership options, raging from Live Class, pay as you go, as is currently the case through to block book, direct debit of live classes, or  Yoga - Anytime membership only section. I will also include an all-inclusive membership that includes access to all live classes and the Yoga- Anytime library. As always, everyone who attends any of my classes is welcome along to the monthly relaxation events for FREE but the membership options will offer free or reduced access to workshops etc!

I am currently sourcing the relevant hardware to record the classes on. They will not be my live classes as they stay solely for those who attend live. The Yoga - Anytime library will be recorded specifically for that purpose.

This is an amazing opportunity and I do hope to hear from you regarding your thoughts.

Hello Yogis.

Thank you for taking the time to connect with me in this way!

In order to keep my brain and body active over the last 6 months, I have undertaken some wonderful courses with my teacher in India. I am currently studying the Bhagavad Gita, which is one of Yoga’s great philosophical texts.

This, for me has helped me to stay focussed when I feel the world around is crazy, It has also enabled me to maintain a sense of purpose, with regard to my practice goals and has helped me to maintain a vision of the future; something which I for one, am struggling to picture with confidence!

The seesaw affect that this pandemic is having on my emotions is a challenge and I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way!

Help, I can't meditate.
