Why wait until the summer before giving yourself that 'me time'?

Hello Yogis.

We are all a bit exhausted and looking forward to a break over the summer.

For me, life has changed dramatically over the last 12 months. I have had to make major adjustments and still am as I live alone for the first time in my life.

This comes with it's own struggles but also a lot of space to reflect on my life so far.

Inadvertently, I realised that despite my best efforts, to bring peace and harmony on a daily basis into my life, and to incorporate it into each day, situations were sent to test that resolve over and over again, causing me to rise to the occasion and delve ever deeper into my being to re-adjust and re-harmonise myself..

This has over time, taught me that I must not 'wait until all is well' before I allowed myself to feel the deep peace we often long for.

In light of this, I wonder why so many of us wait for that two week break before we give ourselves time to relax and enjoy a well earned treat and some 'me' time.

I have been working hard behind the scenes to set up some new and some past but favoured events for you to enjoy. Why not take some timeout and come along before you jet off on your holiday? Your body and mind may thank you for it.

Alongside the events, I have also recently introduced Indian Head Massage, here are some of the comments I have had so far following treatments:

" I don't understand how she does it, but any treatment from Carrie Bridel always over-delivers and exceeds my expectations, this was no different. I arrived looking forward to a 'nice wind down' and left feeling like a new person: not only relaxed but thoroughly de-stressed and higher in my very core. I cannot recommend highly enough." - Sarah.

"Carrie's Indian Head Massage treatment is extremely relaxing and therapeutic, she provides gentle care, listens to your wishes and needs, and I felt very relaxed after my treatment." - Paula

"That was the most relaxing treatment I have ever had" - Debbie
