
Hello Yogis!
There are so many influencers on social media and some not even human, who are making all kinds of claims as to the effectiveness of their systems of fitness, personal development and life coaching!
Some wild claims offer you to have a flat stomach in just 3 weeks if you follow their 7 minute a day programme! (This is not specific to a particular company or app but definitely something I have seen) I find these adds really annoying because they give false hope. I do believe you can see changes really quickly and I also believe some practices are more efficient than others but if you are wanting to completely reshape your body, I think it takes more than 7 minutes a day and just 3 weeks in which to do it!
