It has been a difficult year, to say the least and way back in March, my knees were quivering and I knew the time would come when I had to make some drastic changes if the Yoga Freedom family were going to make it through!
My intuition led me online just before the lockdown and I have been trusting that guidance throughout.

This year, you have seen some new additions to the Yoga Freedom website, with the birth of the Live via Zoom weekly Classes, the Yoga Freedom Podcasts, which are going strong and have a new addition for you to enjoy! This month’s podcast is part 2 of the Get Motivated sessions and includes a guided practice that will keep you going throughout the holiday week and also well into the New Year!
You are also about to see the launch of the Yoga Anytime, online subscription library that will be so worth checking out. The plan is to add content weekly to the library that I have been busy recording.
The library consists of completely new yoga classes and I will not be recording my live classes at all, as these remain a special place of personal connection for those who attend each week and will never be recorded or shared.
The specially recorded content will include 2 yoga classes a week, from between 20-40 minutes each in length. I will also periodically upload some bonus sessions that will include meditations and some hints and tips. I really would like the Yoga Anytime library to become a hub of information and a point of reference for you to use, to build upon your yogic journey to health.
I anticipate the cost of the monthly subscription to be around £35 and as a bonus for those who join the Yoga Anytime, there will also be the opportunity to attend your regular weekly live class for half the usual price! The idea being that you can get a regular practice going at home, and still have the advantage of your weekly online get-together! I aim to launch early next year. We are just finalising the hosting and library access details so I will send more info out in January!
As a huge thank you for your continued support, for the love and kindness and basic JOY you bring to me each week. I wanted to throw a FREE online Yoga Class on Christmas Eve. It will replace the Winter Deep Chill that I usually offer so will be relaxing yoga followed by a sound relaxation. The Yoga will last about 30-40 minutes with the sound relaxation taking the session to an hour! The time for this event is 6.00pm-7.00pm and is subject to demand, so please do let me know as soon as you can if you would like to come along.
If you will be missing your yoga or possibly me, (haha) over the holiday, why not join us for a motivational class on the evening of the full moon celebration, Wednesday 30th December. We will plan our new year goals and bring them into the energy body, using the light of the moon, so that your intention becomes second nature!

Yoga Freedom offers regular monthly and bi-monthly Yoga and relaxation events in Kingsthorpe. The wonderful community of Yoga Freedom students also come together annually, to celebrate the autumn and spring equinox and the summer and winter solstice. Christmas is a time for getting together and relaxing too, so why not look out for the Winter’s Deep Chill event.
If you wish to explore a more educational aspect of yoga, from deepening your practice and understanding of the postures, to understanding how you can use yoga to assist your sleep, Yoga Freedom runs regular workshops to support you on your journey.
