Unfortunately and in light of keeping everyone safe, I have had to cancel my scheduled weekly, classes, events and workshops in venues in and around Northampton.
All is not lost though, as I have moved many of them online, using Zoom Interactive Conferencing, thereby enabling you to experience an interactive class, via webcam and audio (you can choose to disable your webcam and microphone and just participate as a viewer at any point during any class), thereby enabling me to still give visually guided clues as to your practice.
This evening, I will be sharing with you a FREE 20 minute sound meditation via Zoom, to give you the opportunity to try it out! If you would like me to send you a link to the event, please do set up your Zoom account and send me the email address you would like me to send the event link to, before 4.00pm please. Emails received after that time, may not receive the link, although I will try my best!
Zoom is so easy to use, it requires a free app on your smartphone or a download on your computer. You are prompted to download once you have signed up for your free account. Once you get going with this, you won’t look back!

I have also taken some of my events and altered them slightly to enable me to bring them to you online too.
I have brought one workshop online, Establishing a regular home practice, which at this time will be very beneficial as it shows you how you can get into the habit of creating time to do your yoga at home.
Other workshops will migrate over should the need arise.
