Winter Solstice Gong Bath - Dove of Shekinah for healing and peace! - 19th December 7.00-8.00pm.

Hello Yogis.

I wanted to share with you wonderful yogis a divine symbol that will help you to send healing and love to anyone at any time!

Christmas is a time of year that can be fraught with tension and worries. When everything must be perfect but rarely is!

This year is even more challenging that it sometimes has been due to the financial and practical burdens you as a family, and also us as a collective may be facing at this present time.

In light of this, I would like to hold space to send dedicated healing out to humanity as a whole and I’d love to ask for your help in doing this; should you be willing. You can join me on the evening on 19th December in person in Kingsthorpe for a very special gong bath, or you may wish to do this in your own time.

I will be holding the Winter Solstice Gong Bath on Monday 19th December, at the Church of the Holy Trinity, Balmoral Road, Kingsthorpe, NN2 6PH at 7.00pm-8.00pm; just ahead of the Winter Solstice and will be making the Dove of Shekinah a focal point of the evening.

We will be welcoming in the Divine light as we move out of the darker months and towards the warmer and brighter days, and we hold that vision on a larger scale by visualising the whole of humanity moving towards a lighter and brighter existence as the energy of the planet continues to rise towards a new dawn of understanding.

This Winter Solstice is a very special one because it lies exactly half way between the 2012 and 2032. It is said that in 2012 the end of the Mayan Calendar predicted a change in society, lead by a raise in the frequency of the planet, where there would be a shift in consciousness to a more peaceful and harmonious existence.

This shift was only partly achieved however because humanity was not quite ready. We all did connect to a greater vibration though and our bodies became crystalline rather than carbon based, we were also once again able to access our light bodies, although these still need to be energised for most of us. You can read more about this transition from the links I place below.*

What will happen then In 2032? This is the time when the new golden age is said to begin. You can read about it via the resources linked below.*

What is the Dove of Shekinah?

The Dove of Shakinah is a sacred geometric symbol that represents the feminine essence of Creative force. Also referred to as the Holy Ghost, she embodies the feminine essence of Christ Consciousness and allows this energy to work through you, at lightning speed; helping you to open you heart and to understand deep truths. She will help you to grow on your spiritual path.

You can use the energy of the Dove of Shekinah to heal heart based trauma, such as heartbreak or grief.

Everything that is asked for, will be asked through the power of truth and in connection to the heart so it will always be pure of intention.

You can use this sacred symbol to ask for healing, peace or love to be sent to a situation, or to a person or event.

It can also be used to clear, cleanse and balance your own energy system.

You may wish to print out a picture of the Dove or Shekinah for use, or you can purchase special grid layouts.

Before you start to practice your meditation..

Please be sure to ground and protect your energy by placing a light around you and by connecting your Earth Star Chakra, which is situated 12 inches below your feet, into any safe place on the planet. You can ask your higher self to do this or call upon Archangel Michael to assist you.

Once you have grounded and protected yourself, you can begin to start your meditation.

If you have crystals to hand, you can empower your intention with the use of either one crystal or a grid of crystals. Choose one centre crystal and place a grid of crystals around it to empower your intention. The crystals can be intuitively chosen or you can look up the crystals that best suit the intention you are making. You would then lay the crystals onto the picture of the Dove of Shakinah and activate them by setting your intention, as you touch each crystal.

If you are practicing without crystals, you can just focus your attention on the image of the Dove of Shakinah and sit peacefully with your hand on your heart, and with a calmness of breath, gently holding the intention you wish to bring.

You may like to affirm the following, but you can choose your own words.

“I hold the energy of the Christ Light within my heart, I raise my vibration and I send Christ light out into humanity for the higher and greater good of all.”

Affirm your intention at least 3 times.

As you do this, allow yourself to be bathed in golden white light of Christ and feel the presence of unconditional love and peace radiate from your heart and around your body, before sensing it expand out beyond you at lightening speed, to surround the whole planet.

If you would like to join me for the Gong Bath, in Kingsthorpe on Monday 19th December at 7pm-8.00pm, for just £15, please do let me know.

Thank you for taking the time to practice this very special exercise with me.

With love and light.

Carrie-Anne. x
