Calling all enthusiastic yogis and yoga teacher trainees and teachers.
Taking place once a month, this workshop is for you if you feel your regular class practices have become a little mundane and you wish to branch out and experience ways to work towards some of the deeper poses and aspects of a yoga practice.
Bringing the essence of fun and playfulness, the workshops will allow you to explore poses with a view to understanding them as we break them down into bite sized segments, ensuring there will be something available for everyone.
Some classes will explore backbends, others will explore arm balances and hip openers. There will be a main pose that we work towards in every class.
I will also offer some deeper breathing practices that will help you to find strength, and calmness as you practice..
Ideally it is best if you have some yoga experience behind you, but you do not need to be super strong, super flexible or super fit to attend because I want to be able to guide you from where you currently are and into the next level of practice with ease and an act of playfulness!
You may like to consider purchasing some of the yoga props I mentioned here to assist you with the class. When purchasing blocks, two are better than one!

It is important that you ensure your environment is appropriate for a variation of moves, such as wide hip openers and or a wall you can use for support and safety. The wonderful community of Yoga Freedom students also come together annually, to celebrate The Autumn and Spring Equinox and the Summer and Winter Solstice.
