Winter Solstice Evening

This event has been provisionally cancelled due to current circumstances. We will be celebrating this special event on the date scheduled but via my online Wednesday Evening Weekly Yoga and Meditation class so please do contact me if you would like more details

Come and join us as we celebrate moving out of the darkness and into the light.

The winter Solstice traditionally celebrates the longest night and the shortest day. It is on this day that we focus on moving towards the light as the days become longer and we can look forward to the spring.
In celebration of this, I will be holding a special yoga and meditation evening that will include:

* Yoga to inspire an opening towards the future and towards your personal growth and light

* A wonderfully relaxing candle gazing meditation and deep relaxation called Yoga Nidra

* A special gift, just for you! (In order for me to do this, I am asking for bookings to be made prior to the evening, if possible, to give me time to ensure I have made enough.)

* Tea or coffee with a mince pie and nibbles

When I am surrounded by the light you each emanate in class each week, I know I am on my right path. Prior to the event, you may want to reflect on the things that bring light into your life, so that you can focus on that as you move through the evening.
