This event is FREE when attending the Wednesday in-person Yoga Class
The Full Moon is a time for initiating a new direction in life. You may also like to start a new project. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to harness those energies for the year ahead. It is also a time for releasing stagnant energy and situations that are holding you back in life.
Why not book your online intention setting meditation evening before the next full moon and enjoy an evening of beautiful vibrations, where you can allow the energy of the full moon to assist you with your goal!
Please note: Each class is subject to internet connection. I will contact you on receipt of your booking email and reserve your required date. Please allow 24 hours prior to the start of the class to allow me to send to you a link and password for your class. If you are attending in-person, please provide 7 days notice to ensure there is space available. Classes are non-refundable if client is late or does not show. If I cancel for any reason, client will receive a full refund. Yoga Freedom can take no responsibility for loss or injury to the client, during online classes.
Please seek medical advice if you are unsure of your fitness to practice Yoga and are booking a yoga class. You may be required to complete a short health declaration via email before the class. I will not use your data for any other purpose!
Zoom is free to set up, and requires an app if used via your smartphone, or a quick and easy download to your computer.
