6 Week Course - Saturday Mornings

This course will benefit:

  • Those new to yoga or who have limited experience.
  • Regular practitioners who would enjoy going back to basics to re-affirm and break down the more subtle aspects of a yoga practice and to remind themselves of the things they may have moved past without realising, such as breath synchronisation and focus.

What will the course include?

  • Gentle Hatha Yoga Sequences to improve your strength and flexibility.
  • A video link to a recorded short flow practice that you can watch and complete at home if you would like to. This will be available from week 1 until 4 weeks after the completion of the course.
  • A short flow practice that you can take away with you and do at home if you would like to.
  • Basic Yoga Breathing techniques.
  • We will look at ways you can move your practice off your mat and into your daily life. (Karma Yoga)
  • I will show you how to build a routine that will enable you to work all areas of the body.
  • Techniques to help you to stay connected to the body throughout the practice.
  • Guided meditation.
Each week you will receive comprehensive handouts to give you a better understanding of the philosophies of yoga.

Please note: Each class is subject to internet connection. I will contact you on receipt of your PayPal payment to book your required date. When booking please allow at least 24 hours prior to the start of the course to allow me to send to you a link and password for your access. The course is non-refundable if client is late or does not show. If I cancel for any reason, client will receive a full refund for the class missed. Yoga Freedom can take no responsibility for loss or injury to the client, during online classes.
