Shamanic Journey - Yoga and Drum Event

Due to popular demand, I am once again hosting a yoga and Shamanic Journey event in Kingsthorpe.

If you regularly attend my Wednesday evening Yoga classes, you will naturally be included in this event, unless you prefer to transfer to another weekly class instead.

We will work through a gentle yoga routine that opens up the 3rd eye and grounds to secure your connection to your higher aspect.

We will then relax back to the sound of the Native American Drum, where the rhythm will lead you towards a discovery of and contact with your power animal.

The message that your power animal imparts on you will be very profound but may not be accessible immediately. The messages that come through are always wholesome and understood deep within the psyche.

I will play the drum myself Live so you will receive the full power of this wonderful instrument. 

This event is also available on Zoom! You will receive a link to a shamanic drumming for the journeying to preserve the quality of your experience.

You will need your yoga mat, a blanket and a drink.

Magazine Heaven Gong Baths

As you relax on the waves of sound created by the gongs and other instruments, you will create a harmony within your system that will help you to balance the storm.

Magazine Heaven - Deep Chill Evening

This time of year is one where nature is asking us to start to relax and let go, leaving room for rest before the joys of spring begin to awaken the inspiration towards new life and new light.

* A very gentle restorative yoga practice, using supports such as blocks and blankets to aid for an effortless class as you encourage your body to let go…no huffing and puffing or red faces will be required. :-)

* A guided meditation and breathing practice, focussed towards release.

* Soothing sounds of gently played gongs, and singing bowls during a 40minute relaxation that will leave you floating in peace.

* You will also have the option of receiving a Reiki energy, should you wish to.

Refreshments will be served at the end, with time to mingle or to just sit and soak up the atmosphere…
You will need to bring along, 2 blankets, and a large rolled up towel, a pillow and your yoga mat if you have one.
