When mobility is challenged, a seated yoga session may be the preferred choice; bringing the benefits of a well tailored yoga session aiding both mental and physical relaxation, reducing stress and improving physical movement.
Many retirement homes use Chair Yoga to help their residents rest, relax and enjoy the healing benefits of physical movement!
It is an excellent choice for Corporate Yoga where space is often limited.

Enjoy a One to One Yoga session that has been tailored specifically for you.
In a one to one session I can work with you to enhance your practice on many levels. You may wish to target specific areas of the body to increase strength and flexibility and to help improve your overall health. You may also wish to use the time to take your practice to a more spiritual level.
Whatever your individual requirements, I am happy to put a session plan together that will enable you to get the most out of your practice. I can travel to the venue of your choice to deliver the session.
