  • Those new to yoga or who have limited experience
  • Regular practitioners who would enjoy going back to basics to re-affirm and break down the more subtle aspects of a yoga practice and to remind themselves of the things they may have moved past without realising, such as breath synchronisation and focus

Finding Your Breath

4 Weeks - Tuesday Evenings

This course will be beneficial to you if:

  • You practice yoga and find it very difficult to connect to the breath
  • You suffer from stress, anxiety or panic attacks
  • You suffer from insomnia, headaches or digestive issues associated with stress
  • You feel fatigued for no real reason
